NK gets pushed to a war they do not want by the west. If you read NKs official statements, it is all just "reaction", no real action on their side. NK has to react due to their unfortunate situation being located between US allie SK and China, and to "not lose face". btw, i am not saying NK is nice and the people there are not suffering, there is sooo much to improve in that country. it will take a lot of time, don´t forget, the people there have been brainwashed for decades, most of them had no chance than believing what they were told. you can´t just go there and change things from one day to the other, in all countries and societies it took a lot of time to improve. aid them with their baby steps in doing so, slowsly abolishing that very wrong military system, the labour camps and all that instead of making things worse by establishing fear for loosing the rest of their independence and being bombed to ruins by the west.  |

I am NOT saying the US is a saint. We are far from it. However, North Korea is a much worse evil. They don't want to play nicely with the rest of the world, and they threaten to nuke other countries. We , along with the United nations, china, and russia, and our allies, put sanctions on them after these last few nuclear tests, and that is what this is all about. You guys do realize, that north korea WANTS war with South Korea, right? They have just been waiting for the right time. THe reason we put sanctions on NK, is because they are much closer to developing nukes that can reach our homeland than ANYONE wants to admit. They might even already be there. We know if we don't do SOMETHING, they more than likely WILL nuke South Korea in the next few years. |
