so we wil never know what defcon level we are at?
Quoting: the poop **IF** it is stated FOR SURE of any change, then an active engagement event IS HAPPENING, or HAS HAPPENED. The thing people have to remember, if something is happening, we WILL be aware of the changes. It seems we've forgotten what happened during Desert Shield/Storm and after 911. We don't need a website run in his mom's basement to see what's going on around us. Saying that, be careful of believing every post about increased aircraft activity. Some of it is false posting and most of it is just people noticing it. I've lived on bases with jets and heliocopters. Trust me, if they are deploying, you'll know for sure. Sure - it's surprising how tied to and dependent we - even a minimalists as I - have become to being "tied in". Sorting through the information to separate the valid, probable, plausible, and invalid information can become quite trying. That, again is the spirit of this thread - to remove one of the current speedbumps for folks looking for answers or information.
