so we wil never know what defcon level we are at?

The thing people have to remember, if something is happening, we WILL be aware of the changes. It seems we've forgotten what happened during Desert Shield/Storm and after 911. We don't need a website run in his mom's basement to see what's going on around us. Saying that, be careful of believing every post about increased aircraft activity. Some of it is false posting and most of it is just people noticing it. I've lived on bases with jets and heliocopters. Trust me, if they are deploying, you'll know for sure. yup i rember seeing the big helicopters during operation afgan after 911 Not everyone is going to see them. Where we live now, we're not in a flight path anymore. If I do start seeing them, then I'll know something is up. If you do live/work in a place that sees overflights routinely, you'll start to see so many more. You'll know.
