The Real Mayan End of the World Date.

The sun did rise that morning aligned with the center of the galaxy, and the earth was hit with a powerful blast of energy from out of the middle of the Milky Way. According to a report released by NASA the following day, the blast of gamma rays that hit the earth that morning was so powerful that it wiped out all the sensors on their gamma ray tracking satellite, Swift, and was picked up by satellites around the world. Communication was knocked out for hours across the Pacific. In a History Channel documentary, Universe, Season 4, “The Seven Biggest Blasts,” released Sept 9, 2009, the energy blast that hit the earth on the morning of December 26, 2004 ranks four out of the seven biggest blasts in the known universe.

The predictions say that on the last day of the Maya-Aztec calendar there will be earthquakes. There will be volcanic eruptions. The sea will rise and change the wobble of the earth, the length of the day. While the early morning sky over the balmy island of Sumatra on December 26, 2004 seems peaceful enough, the prediction is about to become a reality. Without a cloud in the sky, a storm is brewing—a storm that has been brewing for a very long time. This storm is not in the sky. This storm is far beneath the water, and its name is Ollin. Ollin, the glyph seen in the center of the Aztec calendar, represents movement—specifically the movement of two tectonic plates pushing up against each other—and cataclysmic earthquakes.

Fifty miles off the south coast of Sumatra, eighteen miles beneath the Indian Ocean, two tectonic plates, an oceanic plate and a continental plate, have been moving slowly towards each other at a rate of 2.5 inches per year. It is reported that the oceanic plate was stuck, so that instead of subduction, the stress of the two plates built up until on this day the coastal plate finally snapped off and jutted straight up. Within a matter of seconds, seven hundred miles of coastal plate shot forward sixty feet.

The energy released was the equivalent to twenty thousand nuclear bombs, and the force was so great that it affected the rotation of the Earth.58 The sea level rose in the west while the eastern sea level went down. So much water was displaced that it changed the wobble of the Earth on its axis, causing the length of the day to decrease by a fraction of a second. The resulting tsunami was the biggest disaster in human history, claiming more than 350,000 lives from Indonesia to the coast of Africa. Measured 9.3 on the Richter, it was the second most powerful earthquake ever recorded. The epicenter was right in the middle of the largest volcanic arc on Earth, the ‘Ring of Fire,’ only thirty miles from Krakatoa, the most feared volcano on the planet.
