It's actually a good idea. No more cutting down trees for all that paper. Idk if using iPads will be good but something has to be done about all the wasted paper.

Also there are many good text books already in existence within these schools that can last for many years. Is it a good idea to supplement materials with iPads? Yes probably ok. Every fucking kid does not need an iPad. Haha but have you seen how much paper is used in only one class? I agree no one needs iPads but schools will send textbook size packets home to every kid on the first day. That's already too much paper being used, not including all school work and homework. Something has to be done. I'm not saying give everyone iPads. Maybe put kids in a library all day instead of school would work. I agree with that. kids should be using their memories more than paper. that is a big problem too. (maybe they need to go back to slates lol) We live in a wasteful society. I think we need to use paper more responsibly, (also recycle it and such). Every piece of paper used should be treated with respect and used to the max. Anyhow, this thread is not really about that, it is more about the  involved in trying to make kids stupid.
