Most vegetables have anti-nutrients which are harmful to the gut biome and can damage human DNA. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76506340 Veganism is senseless and idiotic. You really think adult humans are meant to drink titty juice for cow babies? And you are calling us 'senseless and idiotic'? |

I like the tahini. I would use higher fat cocoa or cacao powder if no tahini. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 81145383 United States 01/28/2022 05:59 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This is my own recipe since nobody has made one it seems. it is rejuvelac from unhulled barley grains. Well, it may be hulled but it still retains the germ, and bran... Anyways, it's the same kind of barley you use for malting.. not pearl barley, and not even naked barley. Anyways.. well you sprout it. It should be about 1/3 full or more, but less than half. Anyways you ferment it for 2 days. but here's the trick, you swirl it everyday once or twice. I've seen a lot of people make rejuvelac which seems to have gunk on the surface of the water.. or yeast. Well i've learned that seems to be not optimal. And the bran of the barley seems to have cleansing properties so that yeast does not develop. That's why I consider barley, and unhulled millet to be my two top rejuvelacs. I have always had optimal results with these grains, and no yeast on the top. That causes me stomach problems. Only bubbles. Anyways so that's my recipe: rejuvelac from malting barley, and/or unhulled millet. |

Only bubbles. Anyways so that's my recipe: rejuvelac from malting barley, and/or unhulled millet. and, I've played around with rejuvelac a lot. Making rejuvelacs from various grains. Ive even made a rejuvelac with barley grain and sprouted nigella seeds. was really interesting. I made a rejuvelac out of sprouted field corn, white and yellow. With rose tea in it. So that the corn grains turned Pink like rose... So yeah rejuvelac can be experimented with. One can make even rejuvelac wines. Hard to find recipes for really strong ones but eventually, if you save up cultures from previous batches it does just get stronger and stronger. And eventually you can probably use that to make stronger brews. Anyways.. I have made basically hop rejuvelacs with barley as well. Or barley rejuvelac, with hop tea in it. I just want to make it stronger.. and try to keep it all raw. I have also experimented with throwing in a few sprouted beans to change it.. like soybean, chickpea. Because supposedly it has a beneficial yeast that is good for vitamin k2. Also with sprouted chia seeds. Sounds impossible.. but I learned that if you mix a Very small amount of chia seeds into your jar of sprouts.. it will sprout with them.. and you can ferment the whole thing. |

Making raw grain milks out of them. i would probably soak my grains for a creamier effect. A lot of milks seem more grainy until you soak and/or sprout them. Fermenting helps also, or just soaking in rejuvelac for some time. |
