Having multiple groups to interact with made it alot easier as well =)

I have looked upon these interactions from so many different angles i almost doubt there is any left to look at, at times. But they still keep popping up, the possibilities are endless. I think ive learned most by looking upon myself and how i interact and how my feelings affect my behaviour patterns.

Isn't that one of the most amazing things: Our thoughts drive our behaviours, and there are infinite ways of perceiving, so infinite possibilities, infinite solutions. hf
In the now you can change both the past and the future by finding the feelings that you are seeking after.

But i also think its important to create new experiences while doing this. It can be everything and anything.

Try brushing your teeths and have a damn good time, try doing it while you clean your house, while you shower, try do it as often as possible. Let everything become joy! Let it become a habbit, a way of living life.

Fill your life with happiness whenever you can, and wherever you can =)

Just when you thought brushing your teeth couldn't get more interesting... a bathroom revelation :)
Theres a lot of bad things, and also a lot of good things in this world. What we are lacking in my opinion is knowledge about ourselves. It doesnt help if theres millions of positive things in this world if people havent learned how to see it.

There is a great understanding about the human specy that has been lost somewhere along the road.

We dont know how to act anymore because of the millions of factors in life which is telling us what to do, and what to think.

Life has become a game of confusion.

Agreed. I think a lot of people have largely lost touch with their connection to the natural world, to themselves, in a deep way. Not surprising given there are so many social pressures that emphasize individuality and ego-pumping, over togetherness and giving. But at the same time, there are many groups and individuals trying to bring us back in touch with these roots, with ourselves and with others.

Confidence and authenticity permit us to discriminate and take action.
Not on its own ofcourse, but its very interesting to see the studies that has been done on the emphaty related genes.

I belive most genes are epigenetic, turned off and on by our perception.

Most people dont create their own perception, they find someone elses perception.

They let someone else turn off and on their dna if i put it in a broader perspective.

This world has attacked the important parts of the human perception for a long long time, and therefore also the important dna/genes and has made us less compatible to deal with our problems and also the problems of this world.

Very vaguely explained ^^

I think I get what you're saying. Genetic regulation is super complex (gene-gene and environment-gene interactions), but for sure the research is interesting and important!

Its quite a leap to go from the gene regulation/expression level to perceptual levels - but what we do know is that our experiences have a huge role in determining our psychology/perceptual affinities. And for sure, a lot of the stimulus we receive is unhealthy, unnatural, and our bodies aren't adapted to deal with it.

Hard to make generalizations, but we know that sustained stress leads to all sorts of imbalances and impairments, so if we want to be part of society of happy and thriving individuals, we need to collectively work towards solutions that decrease real and perceived stressors, and enhance/facilitate coping mechanisms.
The fish whisperer, haha thats awesome =) Sounds very interesting, is it online anywhere?

Anyways great to hear that you have a dog. Have you ever tried to connect with his spirit? This may sound crazy i know but its not as complicated as it sounds. I listed it in my earlier reply. Basically learn how to ''talk'' and ''interact'' with your dog on a higher level. Read your dogs mind and act upon it, create a new bond in a way.

Dogs have endless amounts of love to give, and they do, but i do belive it can be pushed to a higher level =) Dont love your dog, but LOVE your dog, love him intensly ^^ Focus about it, practices it and harvest from it.

Not online, but I can fb message you some links to my research if you're interested.

I love my dog as a cherished family member, she is very much a part of me, and we explore this world together as a team. :) I definitely think animals have impressive cognitive abilities - many that outshine our own. One my driving forces is to explore how similar and different sensory experiences are between humans and animals. I have a deep respect for all things living.
Yes i saw it when you posted it, i didnt think about it but it makes more sense now.

Grabbing the bull by the horns a bit too much? Haha you can never grab the bull too many times, i can assure you =) Every bull you encounter which you decide to grab will teach you something important. Sometimes the lessons come right away, and sometimes they come at a much later point.

Try/fail -> learn while doing.

Sometimes you have to pick the wrong bull before you are able to find the right bull =)

And ps your coverage of the protests where great =)

Thank you. And Exactly :). I want so much to be a force for positive change, so I try a diversity of tactics. Some yield better results than others, but all are part of the process.
Haha definetly no need to apologize, and if there was an apologize which was needed it was not from you. I misunderstood/overlooked some of what you wrote and i felt litterarily stupid looking at my answers when i understood it :P

I want everything i write to be as true/resonable as possible.

Im a virgo, and also a perfectionist, i just cant help it hehe ^^
