Maybe those quitting don't want any part of what's going on? I wouldn't stay in a role with that queen posing as commander in chief. I don't know WHAT is wrong with him. Has he ALWAYS been this way? He's either a) drinking (?- nah don't think that's it); b)he's really a cartoon character come to life; c) in lust with power; or d) he's been programmed too many times and it's too much voltage for him at such an old age.

Also, someone mentioned that perhaps some of these high ranking officers who are retiring, etc. cannot go thru with what could be coming down the line in this country, i.e. harming U.S. citizens. Well, here's something creepy. A neighbor's placed was burglarized and one of the deputy sheriffs that came to answer the call had an accent. I asked him where he was from and he said some country that was inaudible to me, then said it was near Yugoslavia. Hmm.
