I had a strange experience this morning

It was about 9:00 am in the morning and I was trying to go to sleep cuz I stayed up late in the night. About 10 minutes in, I randomly feel a rush of energy to my head and an intense ringing in my ears. I was aware of this and didn't want to open my eyes cuz I was curious to see wat was going to happen. All of a sudden, I see the image of a white microscope through my closed eyes. Then, I feel a sensation as if my body was moving up and down the bed with the image of the microscope still in my eyes. After about 5 minutes, this stopped. Can someone please explain what happened to me?
