did the Egyptian sphinx had a beak rather than a nose?
Some guys have compared Aztec calendar with the missing nose with the Egyptian sphinx. I never considered the idea because for me the head of the sphinx is humanoid. Now, I do agree with egyptologist Anthony West's point of view and geologist Robert Schoch in the sense the head is too small compared with its body and compared with sphinxes all over Egypt. That could mean the head was much bigger and related to its body. It's natural to think it was a lion head or probably half humanoid and half lion rather than a jackal as proposed by another author with not-so convincing arguments. Besides an Egyptian jackal was always a canine and not half lion half jackal OR WAS IT???? The body of the sphinx is a lion indeed and not a sort of dog.

But even while I was in Egypt I didn't notice this figure:
[link to fotolog.terra.com]

It's a lion with falcon's head. That's amusing because Cydonia Face not only depicts the half face of a Yucatan face mingled in assymetry and bifrontism with Lion face but because Carlotto, Molinar and Robert Morningstar detected the BIRD face as well and the styled face of a bull.

If that's the case, I don't consider the sphinx could have had a human head with falcon's beak as suggested and shown in youtube but a couple of guys but the possibility the whole head in the past belong to the falcon.... unless, of course, just like I wasn't aware of this falcon-lion image I am wrong and THERE'S SOMEWHERE a human head with bird's beak somewhere in Egypt. Does anyone know? I doubt it.

Cydonia Face Yucatan howler monkey face mingled with lion face was probably like this B4 erosion:

Now, during Martian pre-dawn, does have more than 90% reflectivity even when it is still very dark, the lion face looks like a sort of glass. You can imagine how it looked in the past:

Further analysis suggests the tip of Cydonia nose is missing:

Machu Picchu is indeed a human face staring up the sky like Cydonia but this is seen only from certain perspective when the shadows make more evident the lips and unlike some photolog faked images, the face is actually there BUT THE NOSE IS LIKE INCA'S CONDOR NOSE, not a Caucasian nose:

No it had a lions head.

The body and the current head were carved at different times.

I believe the head was entirely recarved later from looking at the body of the thing. It just does not um what's the word?!?? Cordinate (???!!!) with the body

It makes sense to me. In Peru, at Pitusiray mountain in Cuzco, the mountains were carved in such a way to project shadows at the proper time, the right solstice and once a year only. The cougar face gets closer to the Inca profile wearing a head piece as you can see here:

Machu Picchu is not just the Inca face looking up but is a combination of the alligator, the cougar about to jump with its opened mouth and the condor with spread wings. That's what Huayna Picchu means 'young bird'...

3Dimensional mountains project untouchable shadows which obviously represent what is above or beyond the three dimensional realm....

It was a visage of a female.

A later Pharaoh defaced it, the female likeness was probably a tribute to Inanna or Ishtar originally.

That's Robert Schoch's view as well:

However, this is true probably regarding the HEAD WE ARE WITNESSING CURRENTLY which is a facelift sort of thing. That was not the original head because is too small compared with its body and with other sphinxes in Egypt.

Also the top part of the head is missing as if they carved the headcloth upon the half of the head or forehead. Complete abnormal woman to say the least.

Here is story told from a Shaman that had some extraordinary experiences while meditating in the King's Chamber. He mentions visiting 'Bird People' during the journey. Take it for what you will, but you can draw many parallels to this thread topic.

I do agree pyramids are stargates for the MINDS and very interesting the description of the bird-like creatures.... reminds me a French movie Immortal or something like that...
