Anybody know how to get rid of candida??

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned coconut oil yet...

I've had 2 EGD's done and they found absolutely nothing. I've also been tested for H. Pylori which came back negative.

I actually had this as a real diagnosis by a doctor due to weeks of being sick and losing weight and tests done. Took prescription meds and went on candida diet. Google it and you will find it easily. Very much like Atkins diet. I was fine in a few weeks. I'm gluten free now, btw, which keeps my digestive health in good shape. Probiotics are helpful too.

I cannot believe noone has mentioned kombucha yet!!
Just let it go a bit longer and you have less sugar (the culture eats the sugar and converts it)

For the acid reflux, have you tried suplementing magnesium yet? Helped me, and kelp pills (iodine) cured my dads also.
