I do it for pain I say I shall feel no pain, many times. it works |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 26548545 United States 01/17/2013 04:37 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | i had luck reading books, every time my mind wandered when reading i would start the paragraph or page over. i think tv, internet etc is to blame. at first it was actually hard reading, just wandering thoughts, anyway it worked. a healthy diet and meditation works also, try counting youre breaths in silence laying down, see if you can breathe slowly and count youre breaths til 10 and start over without any other thoughts entering. worked for me for a few months then i stopped, now im a scatter brain again, i think i will go grab a good novel, thanks op |
