We heard the "this is" quite a few times. Like I said, I wish I had recorded the whole thing. That is what got my attention in the first place, because the audio dropped and then a minute later the voice said something like, "This is [inaudible], [inaudible] [inaudible] this [inaudible] [inaudible] end.

We all looked at each other like, what the fuck is going on, it sounded like some kind of announcement, and they kept trying to say who they were, I think I may have heard the word government as well. Just glad it finally hit me to record it.

We were spooked as well man, going over the possibilities. Our friend Brit is a worrier as it is, and she was the one saying, "Is it the end of the world?" The funny thing is, I would usually laugh at a question like that, this time I just looked at her.

This doesn't sound like idle chatter or bleedover from a ham radio to me. Who talks like that - overlords and stuff. The pace of the words seemed about normal but it sounded like one of those voice changers. I've long suspected tv was used for conditioning both subliminally and otherwise. And bonus, they get paid for doing it! I don't watch tv. I feel smarter for not. This may be an escalation, a coming out. Thanks OP

I don't usually watch tv either, but I'm glad I did last night. That was weird.

Thanks for that. It still doesn't seem to match the program, and I hear the voice say overlord AFTER I say it sounded like he said overlord.

Just my .02, but if it's an HD signal, then it simply cannot be outside interference like in the analog days. All audio and video is digitally encoded prior to delivery and subsequently decoded by the digital processor in the TV.

The audio HAD to have been encoded into the signal BEFORE reception and decoding. Was it a glitch? Maybe.

Remember, it's all digital.

Before we started recording, I heard what sounded like "government", but it's hard to tell, sounded like someone using a synthesizer or something.

gotta be some audiophiles here on glp that can decipher it.

Yes. The only way to know is to verify the signal from source to destination. For example, 1) ABC was the source and 2) satellite/cable were SENT the digital payload and 3) your TV decoded the signal. If you were able to see what it looked like at each of these points, you'd have your answer.

If others did NOT witnesses it (around the country) then you have yet another clue that the audio anomaly did NOT originate at the source.

Yea, so far, we haven't had any other people who have claimed to have witnessed it, and we all posted it on Facebook. I have a guy at TOP who is going to clean it up good and see if he can get anything out of it, I'll post it here if and when he posts it.

Who fucking knows. I'm sure it is just some kind of glitch or something, but I'd like to hear what it actually says before jumping to conclusions.

I should also mention we live right near the largest runways in America, by the airforce base. Plus, we are surrounded by fresh water, just something to think about.

Yea, it has a few strange sayings in it, did you catch the one at :37 seconds? It says, "Can I scare/Spare you?"

At the beginning, before we started recording, it sounded like they were introducing themselves, and trying to make a statement. It certainly had an odd tone to it, a very weird feeling.
