They would help if it was needed. I have a great group of people that work for me. I have total faith in them. They have faith in me that I will stand up for them and do what is right. The question was: If your company decides to fire you.... would these people that you helped stay out of trouble... Help you with bills until you find a new job? It seems to an outsider looking in: they took advantage of too nice a person and are a bunch of narcissists that found someone willing to be there wipping post. jUst sayin' No, I see what you are saying. My people never asked for a break. I disregarded corporate policy and did what I thought was right for my people and their family's. I made the judgement call and am the only one to blame. I screwed up and am paying the price. If the hat was to be passed if I had lost my job, I have no doubt that I would be overwhelmed with generosity. In the corporate world today it's hard to be human it seems. The corporate world is a piece of the beast It is not there to show human kindness but increase profits for the top (mostly ) fellas... I just quite a job that was too dehumanizing I have not felt this free in awhile. As a stranger reading your posts, maybe the corporate evil system is not for you But I believe it is. You can still do what is right and show that it not only helps profits, but increases productivity. We are all working class and just want to know that the work we do is appreciated. A little bit goes a long way. That is all... |
