The legal entity known as the "person" is not actually the real flesh and blood living being.

The person is not actually owned, but rather "claimed" by Governments.

The person was created with parents signing limited rights contracts at the nativity of a live baby. The product was signed into commerce and witnessed by the midwife or Doctor present.

The babies parents abandon the claim of right when they leave original birth cert (with the foot prints on the back) with the hospital staff and it is forwarded to the state when it is not demanded by the mother or father.

It is registered with the State registrar and if not claimed, it is considered abandoned again, with the Registrar as the witness. After being abandoned for 7 years, the state then uses it as collateral on loans and future earnings.

When the parents (or the now older child/young adult) then comes to the State to claim or get a certified COPY, the state allows them to USE their commercial property to get things from the State, like ID, jobs, passports, but the STATE retains the person as their property under salvage and abandonment laws.

Should the living adult then "break the law" the first thing the STATE needs is permission to act on ITS property (the person) by getting the NAME, and its all down hill from there.
