Youre total effective tax rate is over 100% when you add in the debt. When the debt/gdp ratio is whqt it is now, it means that even your gross productivity is not enough to pay your 'expenses' to govt. Even 100% of your gross is not enough, you'd need an additional 25% of your gross on top of your gross just to breeak even.
