The Key To Life Is Balance. Yin/Yang The Problem Is We Are Saturated With Negative Things
We have lost our balance with nature and have instead bonded with technology. The result is a cold and detached yet unbreakable bond.

The news is saturated with negativity. For every 100 accounts of murder, arson, robberies and war we hear one touching heartwarming or uplifting story. That my friends is a huge problem. It wears down our spirits. It makes us not want to face the day for fear that we will become a statistic or witness something awful.

They say be the change that you want to see. So I am trying that is why 90% of my threads are health related and or revolve around the beauty of nature and art. It's my attempt to balance the fear, the oppression, the guilt, the anger, the confusion of what is typically posted here.

Try it guys go out and do something nice for someone doesn't matter what it is or who it's for. Post something that enlightens you not things that drag you and others down.

We need to return to valuing traits such as

1)Honesty

2)Honor

3)Integrity

4)Loyalty (of ones own heart not just towards others)

5)Connecting with the Earth

6)Having meaningful experiences

7)Loving life

Yes I thought 2012 was supposed to be change.
Are we changed yet? Has the evil left us?
I hope so. Hard to tell, I still see poison in the air.

Everything that has a negative, has a positive.
Your yin/yang theory only goes so far before it fails.
Its good for Chinese Herbal medicine 3000 years ago, but it contradicts itself a fair bit.

That is usually on a grand scale. It usually takes many events unfolding for a a negative to appear as a positive on a personal level. It usually has to do with one door closing so that another door can open in my opinion. But on a daily basis yin/yang is in a constant full effect. Too much of anything good or bad can be detrimental to ones health and psyche hence the need for balance.
