I haven't felt the same "natural energy" from green tea that many claim, but I also haven't tried a quality one yet.

You know I find that a lot of tea bags fail to "bleed" as I call it. I honestly use 2 or 3 tea bags in one mug. Bigelow is my favorite one it goes a long way and its very cost effective and I love the flavor.

Yes green tea does indeed contain fluoride twice as much as black tea to be honest and accurate. About 50% of the fluoride is deposited in the bone and teeth the rest is excreted.

Unfortunately, Tea leaves accumulate even more fluoride from the pollution of the air & soil.

The fact is ALL teas contain natural occurring fluoride.

I quit drinking coffee for about a month and was amazed at how much energy I had and when I woke up in the morning I was not drowsy or ever needed a wake me up. If you want energy again stop drinking caffeine pops, energy drinks and shity fast foods.

Very true!!! I want to add guys that my view of green tea black tea etc is that it is best used to wean off of colas, coffee and more harmful beverages. Then it's best to make a shift over to herbal teas in my opinion.

I prefer oolong teas, brewed gongfu style (so a very short steeping time, like 30 seconds - 1 minute, so that it's never bitter).

funny how I saw this thread. Drinking organic green tea as I type away. At least my 3rd cup today. I cut open the tea bag place the leaves in a BPA free filter for the Keruig coffee maker and wallah I have fresh tea on the spot. I'll also add some organic sugar sometimes. Awesome stuff.

I find it to be a very relaxing tea!!!! That beats a pot of coffee any day!

Anyone stupid enough to drink soda or energy drinks should do the planet a favor and drink some hydrochloric acid.

Don't drink green tea if you have atrial fibrillation because it can definitely cause a stroke! It's got the highest levels of vitamin K you can find, according to a cardiologist I know.
