Quoting: Anonymous Coward 30992870 If you are looking for serious energy, try Yerba Mate tea! You know I find that a lot of tea bags fail to "bleed" as I call it. I honestly use 2 or 3 tea bags in one mug. Bigelow is my favorite one it goes a long way and its very cost effective and I love the flavor. "Only one candle left to burn now, before the darkness comes" "Happiness consumes itself like a flame. It cannot burn for ever, it must go out, and the presentiment of its end destroys it at its very peak." "But what is Hope? Nothing but the paint on the face of Existence; the least touch of truth rubs it off, and then we see what a hollow-cheeked harlot we have got hold of" |

About 50% of the fluoride is deposited in the bone and teeth the rest is excreted. Unfortunately, Tea leaves accumulate even more fluoride from the pollution of the air & soil. The fact is ALL teas contain natural occurring fluoride. I want to add guys that my view of green tea black tea etc is that it is best used to wean off of colas, coffee and more harmful beverages. Then it's best to make a shift over to herbal teas in my opinion. "Only one candle left to burn now, before the darkness comes" "Happiness consumes itself like a flame. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 18535219 I'll have to try oolong!! "Only one candle left to burn now, before the darkness comes" "Happiness consumes itself like a flame. It's got the highest levels of vitamin K you can find, according to a cardiologist I know. Quoting: Cryin Wont Help Ya Thanks for the info!!! I didn't know that!
