I fasted and on the 8th day with no food, only water, the whites of my eyes became yellow jandiced. I found out that I have something called "gilbert's syndrome" and should never fast. Check that your eyes don't turn yellow each day. If you notice that they are turning yellow, stop fasting immediately. Your liver is not working correctly and your eyes can permanently turn yellow from the billirubin being released.
