Since temperatures plunged below minus 18 degrees Celsius in Moscow and minus 50 degrees in Siberia, more than 50 people have died from weather-related illnesses, a news report said Thursday. Read more: [ link to www.themoscowtimes.com] The Moscow Times minus 50 is when you burn yourself touching something, it would kill you for sure, if your not prepared. homeless or not, prepare yourself when its cold. i know of many ppl who have gone out & never come back. ill prepared
