Quoting: Kissplash Ever been in a room where someone's watch or phone screen was causing a reflection of sunlight into a persons eyes.the movement of the reflective surface can cause the reflected beam to move without the shadows in the rest of the room moving. As such likely a reflected beam of light off a moving reflective surface elsewhere on the station e.g. Repositioning of a solar panel the robotic arm a scientific payload or some other device. |
