In fact, some of the paperwork that came out of the secret files, and was declassified and hand delivered to me, pointed out that our own Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 1975 had given a research grant to Garret Air Research Corporation, El Segundo, California, which Dr. Ed Wortz (one of my buddies in biofeedback research), and Dr Jed Erkins had predicted the exact mechanism by which the Soviets are manipulating - or can manipulate us globally using this very data; that man, as a bio-cosmic transducer, can respond to things which had previously been called ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) with known, physical mechanisms. That's what it means.

Now, an interesting thing developed. A. S. Pressman, Dept of Physics, Moscow University, did this open literature survey of the work on magnetics and life a number of years ago. Then suddenly most of these references - or rather the critical ones in Soviet literature - went underground. Is this trying to tell us something? At the time I did my own literature search - and I have a copy of the bibliography here, in which I found 182 references in the open literature - to the effects of extremely low frequency electro-static and electro-magnetic fields on human performance, mood, etc. At that time all of these things were in the open literature.

The Pineal Gland: A Photoperiodic Transducer
In mammals, the pineal gland is located above the thalamus of the brain between the cerebral cortices. Through its nocturnal secretion of the biogenic amine melatonin, the pineal has effects on the regulation of many internal physiological rhythms and may provide an important clue for translating photoperiodic stimuli into action. Furthermore, melatonin can alter coat pigmentation and hair growth; can inhibit hypothalamic regulation of the HPA [Hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal], HPT [Hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid], and HPG [Hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal] axes; and has been shown to enhance the immune response system (Norris, 1999).


Photic input in birds and mammals is accomplished primarily via the optic visual system. However, the pineal of most fishes, amphibians, and reptiles also plays an important role as a direct photoreceptor, and through secretion of melatonin, it may be an important modulator of the HPA, HPT, and HPG axes as well. Any environmental factor that alters pineal function may have profound effects on the well-being of vertebrates.

By Spring 2004, an invasive mind control technology known as a "Frequency Fence" is slated for implementation onto global society. This Frequency Fence is a bio-neurological, electromagnetic induced form of mind control which will block your higher sensory abilities. A literal "perceptual harness" or "mental prison" will be built around you without you even knowing it is happening, and the scariest part is, your five senses will not alert to you that anything is wrong.

All electrical power generating stations, and the appliances that draw power from them will be utilized as a carrier for this electromagnetic distortion. It involves a technology so advanced that three-dimensional reality can be artificially manufactured and inserted right over your present reality scene in a seamless fashion so you will be unable to determine where organic reality ends, and manipulated, artificial reality begins. This could be compared to the "holo-dek" on the popular television series, Star Trek - The Next Generation, only in this case it's not science fiction.

Very interesting...

As far as the pineal (third eye) is concerned, melatonin isn't the only important secretion. DMT (dimethyltryptamine) is also secreted by the pineal.

DMT is chemically and pharmacologically related to Psilocybin (4-phosphoryl dimethyltryptamine) which is the prime psychoactive component of hallucinogenic mushrooms. DMT is intensely psychedelic, but it's not orally active.

The book "DMT: The Spirit Molecule" discusses the pineal/spirituality connection via DMT secretion. Perhaps DMT and similar chemicals offer insight into possible counter-measures to EM mind-control technologies...

The article further states, "By combining this information with a record of a person's genes, we could recreate a person physically, emotionally and spiritually." Dr. Winter and his team of scientists at BT's Martlesham Heath Laboratories, near Ipswich, call the chip "the Soul Catcher." The author, David Guyatt states that, "British Telecom, Britain's giant telecommunications enterprise, has a long history of involvement with the intelligence services."
