Mystery tremors in north Texas leaves experts puzzled

December 6, 2012 – CORSICANA, TEXAS — Reports of earthquake-like tremors starting Tuesday afternoon and continuing until early Wednesday can’t be confirmed as true earthquakes, but experts can’t say what it is, either. “We started getting calls at 3:09 p.m. (Tuesday),” said Eric Meyers, Navarro County Emergency Coordinator. “The first calls were north of Corsicana in the Hickory Hollow area with two separate residents out there reporting unusual tremors being felt along with a rumbling type of noise.” After checking with the U.S. Geological Survey website, Meyers also checked with the National Weather Service and state emergency management offices. “About two hours later, approximately five o’clock, there were additional reports in the same area of heavier tremors, the same vicinity, the same residents,” Meyers said. Another report came from the western part of the county, near Navarro Mills.

Retard,
The experts don't know what these tremors are.
Don't they teach reading comprehension in the UK any longer?

The range and the description of houses “popping” and shaking didn’t seem to fit anything, including the disturbances reported around fracking drill-sites. “This is an unexplained event likely of a natural origin,” Meyers said. “We can’t come up with a point of origin or a cause or explanation of why this is happening.” Still, the National Earthquake Information Center, part of the U.S. Geological Survey, located in Golden, Colo., didn’t see anything on its monitors, according to Don Blakeman, an earthquake analyst at the center.

Have family in Corsicana.

They are holy steamrollers, so I would expect they are dressed in sackcloth & rolling in ashes right about now.

They refuse to speak to me -- Thanks be to God!

I live SW of Dallas and work from home. I could feel the house vibrating yesterday, but I attributed it to air-traffic. There were low clouds, and quite a few military helicopters flying out. The large ones with 2 rotors that carry heavy equipment. The flight path from the old naval air-station (still in some use) is not far from me. The planes were flying South toward Corsicana. Don't know if that was what they were feeling, but it might be the cause. There were heavy chemtrails yesterday, so the planes may not have been visible.

I don't think they want the average public to know they are moving military planes. They take off around here almost non-stop. My step-son lives close to Carswell AFB. He mentioned last week that he got scared because in less than 30 minutes 12-20 planes had taken off. He said it was like they needed to get somewhere fast.

This is so weird.

Either these are very, very localized events which are somehow evading traditional detection techniques, or they are something very new and different.

What can make the earth move but not set off earth movement-detection equipment?

Those are definitely not caused by air traffic. I was just trying to provide a different perspective.

Any chance this salt dome is connected to the salt dome in Bayou Corne, LA? I keep seeing references that that salt dome is larger than the state of Texas.

I think it's really ironic that I am a forth-generation Texan; I have had Texas history drilled into me all my life, but I have never heard of salt domes until this year.

Like in political news, when the government does something really stupid that every businessman knows is going to kill business, and then businesses suffer exactly as businessmen said they would, the MSM says "Unexpected Result From Government Program Surprises Experts".

Morans.
