*To All True Christians* Prepping For The Soon To Come, Great Tribulation
You know, I see a lot of people talking about "You need to be prepped for three months at least." "You need to stock up on this and that.". Now, I know nonbelievers will laugh and mock and feel free to do so, because this doesn't concern you anyway. Make your hidden spirit be known if you must, you are only revealing you true nature.

Now, on to the point. Remember and keep in your heart, what Father did;

"14) And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.

15) And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals.

16) But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat.

17) And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes.

18) He said, Bring them hither to me.

19) And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.

20) And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.

21) And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children." - Matthew Ch14 (KJV)

And remember ye this as well;

"25) Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

26) Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

27) Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

28) And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:

29) And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

30) Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

31) Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

32) (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

33) But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

34) Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof." - Matthew Ch6 (KJV)

And this;

"25) I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

26) He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed." - Psalm 37

Worry not about how you will go on without food or drink, for just as the Lord fed His people and kept them full, He will do the same unto us. We are His children and such as a father, who goes about to feed his family, so will Father do unto us. Besides, it really doesn't matter how much you prepare material wise, because anything can happen, therefore causing you to lose what you have. It is why Father said this;

"19) Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

20) But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

21) For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." - Matthew Ch6 (KJV)

Think of those, who spend all of their time prepping material wise. What will they have, when all that they have is gone??? They will have absolutely nothing at all. Be of good faith unto the Lord, for He is more than worthy to be trusted. He is faithful, loving and merciful. I'll tell you what you need to focus on prepping and it is none other than this;

"10) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14) Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15) And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16) Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17) And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

18) Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;" - Ephesians Ch6 (KJV)

Whatever you have to do, to accomplish this, DO it! These are NOT the times to be putting off what you need to do, in order to establish a relationship with Christ. If you need to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of sins and to receive the gift of the Holy Ghost, DO it. Whatever it may be, just DO it. This is the time, where we can prepare spiritually for what's to come and the only way that we can assure our victory over the fallen, is to be lead, guided and protected by God. That said, time is about to be up. Father as been telling me for a while, that things will happen way sooner than what people expect and that people will not see it coming nor will be prepared. You know what happened to the people in Noah's day. You know what happened in Lot's day. Don't let that be you. Be Father's child and He will be your Father. Above all else, do it because Father deserves it. Not for heaven, not to escape His wrath. He deserves all our love, for the mess that we put Him through on a daily basis. He didn't have to do what He did and what He IS doing.

"19) We love him, because he first loved us." - 1 John Ch4 (KJV)

1 Timothy 3:16 KJV
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Isaiah 9:6 KJV
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Mark 16:16 KJV
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Acts 2:38 KJV
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Romans 8:6-9 KJV
6) For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7) Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8) So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
9) But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Matthew 15:8-9 KJV
8) This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
9) But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Acts 5:29 KJV
Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

Re: *To All True Christians* Prepping For The Soon To Come, Great Tribulation
amen.

i have been thinking and praying on this exact subject for several months and every time i take it to prayer i feel like God tells me to do nothing. in other words, i have no need to prep or stockpile.

i have a good friend, strong Christian, who is trying to launch a survivalist service. altho, from a secular view it seems like a great idea, he wants to get a couple churches to back him on the idea. i don't think it will happen.

i brought up the scriptures you posted. but, it flies right past him.

Hey there,

I wouldn't necessarily consider myself a christian, but I wouldn't say I don't 'know' some of the truth in the bible.

I don't want to hijack your thread, but I'm curious to know a bit more about how your relationship to deity is. There is obviously much truth in the bible, but there is some truth in many places. I sense the strength of faith in both of you, and I'm curious to know more of your hearts & minds.

And yet many are being told to prep ONLY what they can carry comfortably..because..even JESUS had to have a few fish and loaves to START WITH!

Gather what you are told to..and let God make it LAST!

I was told to get a bag of rice and a few other things that could be carried reasonable easily..and when that bag of rice lasts and lasts..as well as the other things Ive got to eat it with..then ill not be surprised.

Amen OP. I don't stress or worry about preps because I am one of the few who actually has faith in God and his promises to us in his word. Those preps will run out sooner or later, then what? It is great that I don't have to worry about such things. I am sure God will reward my faith in him. God bless you.

You know, I used to worry, prep, etc. And the more time goes by, and things get crazy, and basically the advice becomes - GET CLOSER TO GO - rather than prep like a mad person, I find I have peace.

I will have what I have, I will NOT buy a storage container and bury it in my back yard (!), and I will trust the LORD for all my provisions.

I am finding that the closer I get to God, and the more I trust HIM, the less I feel like I need to do any more prepping. I hope this is a sign that I won't be here too much longer when the sh!t gets real bad. Don't know. Not gonna waste energy worrying about it. I'm gonna USE my time getting closer to Him, and being able to hear His Voice telling me what to do next.

But many places in the Bible tell the people to be prepared. Not going to try to find them all, most of you know what I mean. Agreed that you need to listen to that still small voice within to guide you in your preps and that should only be after your soul is prepared.

Where would Noah have been if he hadn't prepared? Just saying that if you are led to prep, you should listen. If we as Believers are protected and provided for Praise God!

My dearly beloved daughter, My Plan of Salvation for the world, began in My Time, on the 22 December 2012. This time in the world is Mine, as I gather all God’s children together as one, as the great battle begins. This period of Great Tribulation will last some time. The wars will escalate until the big war is declared and the world will change.

A great thread! Lots to think about... I have prepped, but now I believe that I'm called to wait and pray. So I go about my business, but am sure to stop many times a day to offer a short praise to Father. For some reason, I'm no longer fearful the way I was 6 months ago.

Each to their own as the Lord leads regarding preps. I do have some as we (family) have been led.

i agree wholeheartedly op.ive not felt lead by the spirit to prep,i believe god will provide for our every need during bad times.its all about having full confidence that our father can take care of us.i dont even ask him for stuff when i pray,only that his will is good enough for me.that beautiful verse about the birds and lillies has brought me such strength recently,godbless you for posting it.its so good to have our rock in these unsteady times,im sure whilst everyone will panic in the badtimes ahead,il be quietly assured and calm.feeling really calm right now,let his will be done.excellent thread op!

Thank you OP for this message. I believe we are to be ever watchful and prepared to sound the trumpets. I agree with WA in that some will be led to store up while others will be called to get closer in their relationship to our Father. We will all have different roles to play I believe.

There are several places in the Bible where God instructed His people to prep. One that comes to mind is when God told the people to prep for 7 years of famine. They did, and they had plenty for themselves, and their neighbors.
Then there is the parable of the 10 virgins waiting for the groom to show up at the wedding party. 5 didn't bring extra oil, but the other 5 did. The groom was late, and the 5 that didn't bring extra oil ran out, and asked for some from the 5 who brought extra. They were refused. They told the 5 who were out of oil that they should have prepped also.
I trust in God to provide our needs, but God helps those who help themselves.

And don't forget 2 Thessalonians chapter 3 :

6 Now we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you keep away from any brother who is walking in idleness and not in accord with the tradition that you received from us.
7 For you yourselves know how you ought to imitate us, because we were not idle when we were with you,
8 nor did we eat anyone's bread without paying for it, but with toil and labor we worked night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you.
9 It was not because we do not have that right, but to give you in ourselves an example to imitate.
10 For even when we were with you, we would give you this command: If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat.
11 For we hear that some among you walk in idleness, not busy at work, but busybodies.
12 Now such persons we command and encourage in the Lord Jesus Christ to do their work quietly and to earn their own living.

If you come looking for handouts, then leave. If you come to work, I will welcome you with Christian charity.

Even Jesus didn't believe everyone was your neighbor.

Re: *To All True Christians* Prepping For The Soon To Come, Great Tribulation

Oh boy, I sure bet there are a lot of those who skim over these verses!! The give me, give mes who won't even work a little for their food. Yup, are you willing to work when the Trib begins? Or will you sell your soul for the MARK?
Isaiah 5:20 KJV
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
