Updated for the spiritually awakening individuals. I was told to continue in my work on this meditation through synchronicity after asking the question. So patience is truly a virtue here. We must not let our ego get in the way of our spiritual path. It will try, especially if you don't have it properly contained and under control. Or if you choose to live above that emotional polarity tug of war. As in, being above the pendulum swing of emotional states of mind. Updated for the spiritually awakening individuals. [link to www.youtube.com] Also it is best to live in constant meditation. To always be conscious of your emotions in day to day life interactions. It takes practice for some, but eventually it becomes a natural thing. I will post a video of this shortly, as soon as i find it again, lol. But you must be patient and not get frustrated with the want, but instead focus on the need and why. Then my friend, you will find what you are looking for. Also i have no idea if you meant 10 or 10,000. Either way. If it is truly needed Olahf, you will find it. Whether you actually work toward it through your own means, or if it is gifted to you through the divine:) "I posit that the human being has the capability to utilize the ''real eyes'' to ''realize'' and see through the ''real lies'' ...The ''real eyes'' can only become operational when the heart and higher mind are in synchronized, which requires dual brain hemisphere synchronization."~Danial My [email protected] 1111x1111=1234321<[NUMERICAL PYRAMID;] “Injustice never rules forever.” - Seneca |

To see clearly in regards to our own body and mind, and the whole world around us. To see that, both inside ourselves and in the whole world around us" "It is like dark and shining light. Mindfulness is a shining light; all defilements, all evil states, are like darkness. When the bright light shines, the darkness disappears. Updated for the spiritually awakening individuals. For those who's perception of reality have changed outside of what is considered the norm today.. [link to www.pymander.com] To the Spiritually Developing Person "It must not be imagined that this budding consciousness springs full-grown into a man’s mind at once. It has done so in some cases, it is true, but in the majority of instances, it is a matter of slow growth, but the man is never just the same after the growth commences. He apparently may lose his full consciousness of the truth, but it will come back to him again and again, and all the time it is working gradually to make over that man’s nature, and his changed mental attitude manifests itself in his actions. He becomes more cheerful and happy. Things that worry his neighbors seem to have but little effect upon him. He finds it hard to manifest a respectable amount of regret and grief over things that bear heavily upon those around him. He is apt to be regarded as unfeeling and heartless, notwithstanding his heart maybe full of Love and Kindness. His mental attitude is changed--his viewpoint has shifted. He finds himself ceasing to fear, and those around him are apt to consider him reckless or thoughtless. Time has less meaning to him, for the idea of eternity has come to him. Distance ceases to appall him, for is not all space his?" [link to campbellmgold.com] "The majority of people are more or less the slaves of heredity, environment, etc., and manifest very little Freedom. They are swayed by the opinions, customs and thoughts of the outside world, and also by their emotions, feelings, moods, etc. They manifest no Mastery, worthy of the name. They indignantly repudiate this assertion, saying, "Why, I certainly am free to act and do as I please — I do just what I want to do," but they fail to explain whence arise the "want to" and "as I please." What makes them "want to" do one thing in preference to another; what makes them "please" to do this, and not do that? Is there no "because" to their "pleasing" and "wanting"? The Master can change these "pleases" and "wants" into others at the opposite end of the mental pole. He is able to "Will to will," instead of to will because some feeling, mood, emotion, or environmental suggestion arouses a tendency or desire within him so to do." Updated for the spiritually awakening individuals. Meditation itself is dhyana - the merging of the mind with the subject of meditation. Ironically, most people are closer to meditation when they are totally absorbed in a book or a movie, than when they are "meditating." Except that in true meditation, there is awareness of the merging during the merging, and not merely being lost in the merging. There is a silence. That silence grows in the awareness, and is gradually recognized as something that was always there. It is not new. It is not old. It is simply always there. Watch it. |
