BRUTAL POLICE TACTICS: America the New Enemy
Brutal Police Tactics: America the New Enemy
by grtv

Over the last few years, it seems that police across America are forgetting their main role in society, to serve and protect.

With the implementation devices like the taser, it seems that law enforcement abusing its power has been on the rise. RT's Ramon Galindo brings us his report.

Americans.

This is what you did to Iraqis and Afghanis.

How do you like it? are you angry? Do you still blame the Iraqis and Afghanis for getting angry.

You all wanted these wars, so now its come to you and your home town. Welcome to it.

DHS-FBI bulletin on suspicious behavior at hotels adds to already long list of terrorism indicators
Madison Ruppert
Wednesday, October 31, 2012
Activist Post

According to the United States government, just about every single thing one can do is an indicator of terrorism. Everything from complaining about bias and believing in government conspiracies to ordinary bodily movements to bumper stickers to traveling long distances can be considered an indicator of terrorist activity.

That list can be expanded even further thanks to a joint Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) bulletin dated July 26, 2010 (PDF courtesy of Public Intelligence).

According to the bulletin, there are a wide range of activities and behaviors that can be construed to be an indicator of terrorist activity, many of which are completely innocuous.

Most of the supposedly suspicious behaviors surround privacy, such as “Not providing professional or personal details on hotel registrations — such as place of employment, contact information, or place of residence.”

According to the FBI and DHS, “Refusal of housekeeping services for extended periods” is suspicious, along with “extended stays with little baggage or unpacked luggage.”

Do you really believe that the average American can do a damn thing about who the Federal government attacks?

The problem is that the innocent are punished along with the guilty.

No.

Of course not. But the najority supported the invasions when they happened, dont you remember?

I remember very well the swell of scary misplaced patriotism when it all happened, I still see people hating the Muslims and supporting the troops etc.......

This is what we did to them, this is now coming back to us. Many current police officers are pulled from the ranks of soldiers that did these thing .. over there..... Now, we get the results and the same treatment.

If you ave family, or friends in the military, tell them to get out. It messes up their moral compass and mind. I do NOT suport the troops as I know exactly were they are going when they get home.

Into the police dept.

Police State USA: In Amerika there will Never be a Real Debate - In the US today, the power of money rules. Nothing else is in the equation
By Dr. Paul Craig Roberts
October 24, 2012
paulcraigroberts.org

God help them if Obama and Romney ever had to participate in a real debate about a real issue at the Oxford Union. They would be massacred.

The “debates” revealed that not only the candidates but also the entire country is completely tuned out to every real problem and dangerous development. For example, you would never know that US citizens can now be imprisoned and executed without due process. All that is required to terminate the liberty and life of an American citizen by his own government is an unaccountable decision somewhere in the executive branch.

No doubt that Americans, if they think of this at all, believe that it will only happen to terrorists who deserve it. But as no evidence or due process is required, how would we know that it only happens to terrorists? Can we really trust a government that has started wars in 7 countries on the basis of falsehoods? If the US government will lie about Iraqi weapons of mass destruction in order to invade a country, why won’t it lie about who is a terrorist?

America needs a debate about how we can be made more safe by removing the Constitutional protection of due process. If the power of government is not limited by the Constitution, are we ruled by Caesar? The Founding Fathers did not think we could trust a caesar with our safety. What has changed that we can now trust a caesar?

If we are under such a terrorist threat that the Constitution has to be suspended or replaced by unaccountable executive action, how come all the alleged terrorist cases are sting operations organized by the FBI? In eleven years there has not been a single case in which the “terrorist” had the initiative!

Finally catching on, eh America.

First they came for 1/3 of the population in the so called 'war on drugs'...

Now they will come for the rest.

The 'War on Drugs' was just a warm-up act, and the Neocons cheered it on. Then they cheered on the 'war on terror'....now it's all coming full circle.

I'd laugh, but it's to pathetic. America is a disgraceful country.

1.) Invite everybody around the world to come to America and Canada... even those who are not wanted in their own country of origin because of a history of criminal activity.

2.) Give them the means to integrate into our society so that they can carry on with their criminal behavior.

3.) Give police unlimited powers with the excuse that crime is out of control and law enforcement must be allowed to do whatever is needed to "get it under control again".

Let me guess, you're also one of those people who is just fine with all the new laws designed to erode your privacy because " if you've got nothing to hide, you got nothing to worry about" , right?

Edit...either that or you are just being sarcastic, in which case, carry on.

Not serve and protect...it's arrest and fine. Here in police state central Pa. alot of the rookie cops are back from Iran and they are not friendly and no breaks from them. When the dollar collapses the cops will be begging for food and no one will care.

Great thread here! People don't realize it but the very same "Patriot Act" that was said to be to protect America from terrorists is almost exclusively used as an abuse of power by police to get rid of "problems".
