Re: Dream Planes
As per Seer777 she had requested that I explain "bridging" the dream planes.

When it comes to this, you need to refer yourself to my scrying thread:

Thread: So who's interested in scrying?

This is a small stepping stone in a HUGE journey if you can scry in the astral realm. You need to practice Magick in order to accomplish this and it isn't something that you can really wrap your mind around unless you have a good unerstanding of the basics.

May the divine number bless you hf

Thanks for posting this stuff, Cheshire. It's getting me in the mood to start exploring and pushing myself again.

I am wary of Magick and would rather do things with my own techniques, but I have to get my energy levels back up. I am still hesitant to go back to lucidity every night as it takes a toll when being conscious so much, lol. But, I know it's worth it, and I have taken a long enough break. I have many, many experiments I want to try over there, so I believe it is time to begin again.

Re: Dream Planes
Thank you. :)

No, I don't have a blog.

I have trouble grasping what the 'Aeon' is composed of. Could you give me a brief explanation of said?

hf
 Quoting: Seer777

The Aeon is our reality; the emanation of the true God. It cycles through different natures over the millenia to accommodate the evolution of the human spirit. We are currently in the Aeon of Horus.

When you explore the dimensions, or Aethyrs, there are about 30. The dream planes are of a slightly different nature and they are located near the bottom (30th) Aethyr (TEX). Periodically you enter TEX through dreams, but mostly dreams are in-between TEX and the physical world.

Basically, TEX is the region of Malkuth in the Tree of Life.

There's really a lot of material to cover in this regard, but this is the basic idea.

Re: Dream Planes
Hey seer I was still trying to understand your earlier proposal...

I wonder if you're proposing using the 3d person to take the place of 4d instruction for the individual in terms of using a 3rd party from this dimension to bridge the gap?

I hope I've been helpful. I think we might have a different understanding of the Aeon though.
 Quoting: Cheshire~Cat

I have considered that a 3D individual could be utilized as a way to bridge the gap between the 3D and the 4th.

I think this probably happens quite often on a smaller scale.

alone1

What I was considering here was a bridge between dreams of two or more people.

For instance, after practicing for lucid dreaming for a couple years through meditation and other techniques, I was having no luck.

Then one night I had a strange dream.

In a nutshell, a woman came up behind me, tapped me on the shoulder and said,

hey, this is dream...

of which I was then able to go lucid.

If one could project themselves into anothers dream with proper intention, then wake the other up in said dream, seems potential could be huge.

I am sure it would take a great amount of practice, but I believe it may be possible for those who find lucid dreaming with ease.

Aha I see exactly where you're going with this now. I misconstrued the intention.

This would be an excellent experiment.

I just utilized the idea of the Dream 'sphere' as a conscious construct a lucid one could create which would have the intention of their particular dream plane. Then creating through intention the dream plane of another as another sphere.

Then merging the two...thus creating a bridge.

Ah I see. It is to my understanding that the construct is more or less a ring on a spiral rather than a sphere. Which is where I was going with my line of thought.

The engravings translate to "This space intentionally left blank."

The prayer is inscribed in an ancient script, rarely used today. It seems to be a philippic against small insects, absent-mindedness, and the picking up and dropping of small objects.

The gate is open; through it you can see a desolation, with a pile of mangled bodies in one corner. Thousands of voices, lamenting some hideous fate, can be heard.
The way through the gate is barred by evil spirits, who jeer at your attempts to pass.

I don't know much about sigils so it would be new to me.

I am very attracted to symbolism so I think it would be a great topic to dive into.

Right on. It's pretty simple; since your subconscious mind is what does the work rather than your conscious mind (which in fact inhibits Magickal work due to its noisiness).

You create a sigil and charge it to make an impression on your subconscious mind so that it will do the work in the background.

I'll have to create a new thread this evening. I might be doing a ritual tonight, not sure.

You know, I might not be able to illustrate to everyone how to create and use them without the means to post images (it would be much easier that way than link to photobucket or whatnot.

Ah well. Some other time perhaps :)

Yes, paid membership has it's benefits.

You could find something on Google Images perhaps and just post a direct link...

Well, I would have to actually use MS paint and illustrate on how to turn a phrase into a sigil from scratch....all the Google image searches really don't go into the basics; they're just random sigils created for different purposes without any instruction on how they were constructed.

On 2nd thought, I don't want to F anyone up with sigil instruction.

The cosmos sometimes tends to have a bad sense of humor when it comes to "getting what you want" or if you're not specific enough with the intent.

There are plenty of resources out there online for anyone who's interested. :)
