Colloidal vs Ionic Copper w/Iron? Supplements/Natural Treatments for Arthritis/Anemia

I'm trying to find a bio-available copper supplement to take with the liquid iron supplement I have for anemia.

I'm confused by the differences between colloidal vs ionic and was wondering if anyone can explain it for me?

Also, if you have natural remedies/treatments for both rheumatoid arthritis and anemia, I would really appreciate if you could post it.
