lol started at age 87. Must have been one shitty competition.

He also only trains 3 times a week.... it shows.

He sounds a little bit stupid and irritating, but he definitely has a great idea. Too bad so many people are fat, lazy, whining slobs who will never exercise. They'd rather watch him on television, while eating taco bell or pie on the couch, wiping the grease off their chins.

Never stop working out. It's never too late to start if you don't work out. Excercise keeps the blood flowing in all parts of you body, especially your brain! It stimulates brain growth. 1/3 of your brain is capillaries, and to think, you need to get oxygen and nutrition to it.

I started seriously in the gym in my late 30's and thought I missed the boat.
There are no negative side effects to resistance training. Every aspect enhances the body, be it psychical or metabolical. Just look at him. He looks and sounds amazing at 93. I have no doubt that he will exceed 100 :-)

Thanks for that. I thought it was pretty neat myself. There is another video I found on you tube not long ago of a disabled man that wasnt able to walk. He began training and yoga and is able to walk now, and is in really great shape.
