New York Residents Arming Themselves Against Looters

This is against the Jew York Law!

I hope Shlomo Bloomberg (who has a CC permit, and lots of armed bodyguards) comes down on these criminals HARD!

It has been my past experience that relief efforts are tough to get into affected areas because roads are blocked, criminal activity, too many people to support, recuers need to be able to get back out to load up and return, infrastructure is damaged, the list goes on and on. It generally takes anywhere from 15 to 30 days for things to normalize depending on the severity of the situation.

In the meantime, roving gangs begin to form and go after those who have something they want. The police are overwhelmed at this point and self preservation takes hold. The locals sometimes band together and protect themselves as a group.
