It feels so real that when I awaken, it seems like it is a 2nd reality. Can anyone explain this? The dreams are.scaring me. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26551087 You are not alone on this.. several people have mentioned this too me.. I live a second life in my dreams.. exhausting and confusing not knowing when one is real and one is now. |

BTW, When my son was about 14 months old, he told me that the world that we go to when we dream is the "real world" and that this is the "dream world". Out of the mouths of babes... |

Mine told me it was practice for experiencing multiple and alternate timelines. Also to help us be less afraid as alternate timelines begin bleeding through into our awake state. Right now they are coming through in our sleep state. But the answer could be different for you. I have a blast dreaming, sometimes they are really exciting and exotic, other times as mundane as all get out. Spread the word, change the collective conscious...... THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH OF EVERYTHING TO GO AROUND When you are undisciplined, the universe is extremely forgiving and when you are disciplined, the universe is extremely generous. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26551087 You're experiencing the fact that there is no death. It's becoming easier to have this experience as we move closer to the Winter Solstice. Instead of having normal dreams, you're remembering activities in your astral body while you sleep. That's the body you're wearing underneath your physical body, like a suit of clothes under a heavy coat. You don't "go into" your astral body - you're already in it. But in deep meditation or after death, you experience it directly. Now, close to the Solstice, you can experience it in dreams because your physical body is in an energy environment that allows it to go deeply asleep, so much so that you cease becoming aware of it, and look around and see your astral form, and the astral world it's in - right now. It's kinda cool, actually. |

Don't have the specifics but its just an alternate reality. What you feel in dreams when your lucid is similar to what it feels like after death. As we get closer to the shift i predict the dream world only to get stronger and stronger and possibly even blend together to some degree. This started happening to me about a year ago along with ALOT of other weird things. I think your guides will contact you soon enough, if not, they'll be their in the background watching. Someone earlier today mentioned this. Its only gonna get weirder so dont fight it ;) THE CHANGE IS COMING! Spiritual Guidance, Spirit Guide communication, Shamanism & Kundalini. |

Many times they are hard to tell they are a dream just like what others have mentioned! THe only thing that concerns me is most of these dreams end in me waking up all the sudden from some kind of fear that takes over me. I feel like we are being tested on many levels but it has been kind of bugging me the way these dreams keep coming to a fear based halt all the sudden! The thing is when I first feel it coming on I can recall almost every time acknowledging that I can overcome it because I am aware of it but then I become weak and it takes control! How do I get past this? Any ideas? |

One has to know what it means to be alone, what it is to meditate, what it is to die; and the implications of solitude, of meditation, of death, can be known only by seeking them out. These implications cannot be taught, they must be learned." - Krishnamurti ~ |
