Am I the only one who liked Trump's announcement??

All I'm reading is about how lame Trump's "deal" is. I saw the video as blackmail without coming right out and blackmailing the president. He didn't say, "You show them or I will." That would be too brazen. So he offered a "deal." I believe Trump HAS the records, and they show something Obama will not want to be seen. So Obama can save face, let some charity benefit by $5 million by releasing them himself, OR Trump releases them and Obama gets embarrassed by whatever is on them and no one gets $5 million. Trump has no reason to do this unless he holds the (wait for it....) trump card. Haha. Sorry. Had to. I'm just surprised that, on this board especially, nobody seems interested that come October 31, the deadline Trump gave Obama, we are going to potentially see what his passport application and college records show. And it must not be good for Obama, or why the veiled thread? The truth may be about to come out.

And for the record, if Trump doesn't have the records, then this IS totally lame. But I think he does and just dared Obama, and I for one am very interested to see how he identified himself on official applications. It won't change the way I feel about him, but it will surely satisfy my curiosity.
