Regarding IQ differences, I wouldn't expect African negroid people to score highly on an IQ test geared towards a western style measurement of intelligence. I'm pretty sure I would fail a sub-saharan IQ test with regards to survival and tracking in the bush. Perhaps to the negroid people living in tribal situations (the cultural norm in Africa for thousands of years) I would be regarded as a retard with no hope for successful integration into society.
