Are there any lawyers on here that would be willing to take on a good old boy judicial system in a bi-state small town??

A medium size town with a state line going through center of town has a history of siding with and not prosecuting abusive men ...finding women in contempt for trying to protect themselves and their children from physical and mental abuse and giving custody to abusive men...this could be a landmark case with national attention...I have mulitudes of women that have suffered through this tainted system because of it's who you know and who your family is...who you go to the gym with...who you know on the force ...if you went to school with the judge..ect..ect corrupt to the core....I left this place thirty years ago and am hearing horror stories from abused moms .....nothing has changed....THESE WOMEN NEED HELP!!! The city is Texarkana Texas,Ark.
