And let's not forget Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld's press conference the day before 9/11/01 where he stated that $2.3 TRILLION (yes, with a "T") cannot be accounted for in the Pentagon budget. That's more than most nations' Gross National Product!!!
Guess who was put in charge of covering up, er....I mean "finding" the missing $2.3 Trillion? Dov Zakheim. Talk about sending the fox to guard the hen house!
