Hey I thought the expiry was last Friday (quadruple witching day 9/21). You're saying it's Tuesday 9/25?

How low will you think it will drop and how much longer until it goes up again?

Gold is at 1760 tonight (Sunday 9/23). How far down do you think it will go?

1710-1720 is my guess.

With respect to the Oct 12 Gold Options expiring on the 25th (expiration occurs four business days prior to the end of the month preceding the option contract month), the target Gold price is near 1760 range which will create the maximum amount of "Out Of The Money" or "Near The Money" for current active Gold Option holders.

In other words, the 1760 price range will create the maximum amount of worthless Gold options contracts for currently active Gold options holders, regardless if they're long or short on Gold.


Therefore, I'm confident (at least until after Sept 25th)that Gold prices won't go down to 1710 to 1720 since the price is currently being manipulated to stay within 1758 to 1761 price range.

I got some on Friday, I got in at 1770 but no biggy as that it has gone down to 1763 this morning this is just the QE working its way through but prolly by the end of the week Gold will be on it's continued course to the moon.

It's just noise.

Everything is getting crushed today. Apple, most stocks. Facebook lol

Europe closed down also.

I bought a handfull of walking liberty halves today just because I like them.
