Any Tips for coherently making sense of a message?

Hey GLPers,

Need some advice..

Someone or something I think has been trying to communicate something to me.

Thing is, I can't really make heads or tails of it, it's mainly bits and pieces of clear images, or like hazy scenes of something.

Anyone know of a way to maybe get a more clear "connection" for lack of a better word?

I think whatever it is has also changed tactics and is trying to use images familiar to me perhaps, but I'm still not fully comprehending what "they" or whatever it is, is trying to tell me.

Lastly it was like a white oval face right in my face, and before that it's like civilizations building something (ancient egypt maybe?)

I only remember that sometimes the message obviously I either don't like, or I'm scared shitless of the messenger because sometimes I can't stop shaking afterwards or the sense of fear.

So... Either I'm crazy, or someone or something is trying to communicate with me.. I just haven't figured out to what end..

So, any idea on how to get a clearer connection or remember the bits and pieces better to figure it out.. Much appreciated!
