Harvard scholar found 4th century papyrus in Coptic language, saying that Jesus had a wife!
It's something well known within Gnostic circles and certainly banned from mainstream history by the Illuminati Roman church.

A small fragment of faded papyrus contains a suggestion that Jesus may have been married.

The fragment, with just eight lines of text on the front and six lines on the back, is from a fourth-century dialogue, written in the Coptic language, between Jesus and his disciples. In it, Jesus speaks of “my wife,” according to Harvard professor Karen L. King, who discovered the fragment.

“The most exciting line in the whole fragment…is the sentence ‘Jesus said to them [his disciples], my wife…” King said in a video posted to Harvard’s YouTube channel. The next line of text reads, “She will be able to be my disciple.”

“This is the only extant ancient text which explicitly portrays Jesus as referring to a wife,” King wrote in her paper on the discovery.

The discovery, if it is validated, could have major implications for the Christian faith. The belief that Jesus was not married is one reason priests in the Catholic Church must remain celibate and are not allowed to marry. It could also have implications for women’s roles in the church, as it would mean Jesus had a female disciple.

Jesus' wife was not just the average "wife" as we know it! She was his tantra-priestress and according to Gnostic texts they practiced tantra-sex within the Giza pyramids.

AGREED! So who is it? It is the Church. Church Fathers all attest that the Bride of Christ is the Church.

Ever read the Song of Songs? Exotic and even erotic all portray God's Love.

If it was a woman don't you think they would have added her name? Come now U.A. you know they most certainly would have put her name. The Church is the Bride of Christ from Ancient times this was knwon.

Of course he was married. In those days, he couldn't have been called RABBI without being married. GOOGLE IT.

No, Jesus had a WOMAN, and I won't lose energy arguing with religious fundamentalists about it, specially with those who are deeply brainwashed by the Illuminati Roman "church".

I have studied Gnostic Christianity for over 10 years. Never have I heard what your talking about as far as his wife being a tantra-priestress. This is what I was referring to as non-sense. I didn't see any link backing that up. If you want the truth, read it at the link I gave.

As far as channeling goes you are correct to question the link I gave, as probably 95% of channeled messages are NOT from heaven. Great discernment is needed to determine if a message is truly from Heaven. If you clear out all imperfect energies and ask to be led by the Holy Spirit when studying a channeled message, and are contrite to know the truth, it will be revealed to you. Good luck on your journey!

the 4th century would comprise the period from 301-400 AD. there is no "zero-eth" century, so the time frame would be from 268-367 years after the death of jesus, assuming the 33 AD date currently accepted by christards

Re: Harvard scholar found 4th century papyrus in Coptic language, saying that Jesus had a wife!
Of course, Jesus, had a wife. Jesus and Mary Magdaline who was never a 'whore' were married when they were abt. 12 or 13 as was the common custom in the country at that time. Of course Jesus and Mary Magdaline were married. AND the big bug a boo is that they also had children, (NO MARRIED PEOPLE WITH KIDS=)
Unfortunately, for all women the choooooooooooooos are the worst for condemning their own, WOMEN.

Women are still their big bugaboooooo...............still they only get 2nd place when THEY do all the work, and the MF MAN takes the credit.

Those so-called 'apostles' were male dominating pigs and treated Mary the mother of Jesus like a dog, and the rest got the same.

That so-called 'heresy' Albigensian Crusade, and the Gnostics have been their legacy since then. Over the years the CATHOLIC CHURCH has lead many blood-baths just to try to stamp out any decentents of Jesus and Mary Magdalien. God Dame MISOGYNISTS!!!!!

Re: Harvard scholar found 4th century papyrus in Coptic language, saying that Jesus had a wife!
A piece of paper 400 years after the alleged death of Jesus.

-humanized heroes sell better than morally upright, hard to emulate ones.

- the masses prefer romantic stories

- a married Jesus in a romantic relationship would have been an easier to sell to some of the polytheistic masses who believed their gods were in romantic relationships with each other. Certain sects or cults may have changed the backstory of Jesus to recruit more people.

An intellectually inclined revolutionary leader that was convicted of heresy by his own people and then crucified would have been a harder sell. This Jesus would be harder to relate to.

- Jesus was a busy man, educated, probably well read. Maybe his lack of sex drive pushed him to more intellectual, political, and religious pursuits than getting laid.

- who said exceptional people have to be normal or conventional? Jesus was a non-conformist and rabble-rouser according to the story. He influenced history. His name has been influential for 2000 years. An extraordinary person, indeed.

- Making it 33 year as a virgin is not unheard of. Isaac Newton allegedly died a virgin and as an exceptional individual who shaped the world. Who said that extraordinary people have to ordinary?

Vestal virgins usually made into their 30s and 40s without sex, allegedly.

Lack of sex drive can probably shift the minds focus to more intellectual pursuits.

- Rabbi are lay preachers. In those days they were like deacons. In those day jewish people/Hebrews had priests and a temple.

- Jesus was a "rabbi" in name... that's what they called lay preachers. And he was convicted as a heretic by the mainstream. Not being married could have been a reason why the traditionalists had a problem with him.

- Why couldn't Jesus have been asexual? He was a carpenter by trade. Very busy. How did he spend his free time? Did he read and ponder things instead of thinking about chicks?

I believe this story, now over a week old and posted here already many times previously, has been debunked.

Seems some guy in the UK realized that the papyrus was a knitted together Frankenstein piece made of multiple sources and although he wasn't able to determine the age of it he was able to determine it was cobbled together from multiple sources.
