LAST MINUTE DISASTER PREP
I've been reading in a lot of threads this morning that many feel tshtf for real. This article is about hurricane prep, but a lot of the ideas are good for last-minute prep of any sort if anybody feels uneasy about where they stand at the moment. Might not be a bad idea to do these things just in case, if you haven't already.

Some of the ideas include:

Get important originals out of harm’s way. Take difficult-to-replace papers and put them in a water-proof container. Keep it where you can grab it and run.

Scan any important documents and save them online or on a flash drive or something similar.

Buy a 2nd cell phone, or charge an old spare one that you can stick your SIM card into if your main one dies and/or there's no electricity.

Get cash. When there’s no electricity, there’s no ATM and the credit card machines at the store may not work.

Get gas.
