PROPOSITION


Execute Official World Project to determine world's willingness to adopt a comprehensive set of FORMALLY WRITTEN ARGUED planks. means for citizens to present formally argued similar or better alternatives to CHRIST planks

Review current national newspapers, for existing problems and jointly create short or long term PLANKS for all problems with those affected. Review with world.


Task existing governments to execute project with augmented citizen involvement. The Citizen is the customer for the project



As part of assessment, conduct no-fault worldwide interviews with potential power brokers or blockers (billionaires, CEOs, Military, Police, convicts, Gun Owners Immortals Aliens Sim Runners etc.) Compile-publish interview results worldwide


Determine World's ability and means to implement best argued planks without resorting to direct violence coercion against the unwilling.

Statistically gather new population census information to assist with alternatives evaluation.

Gather worldwide production data to assist in economic next steps. Create additional argued planks to determine people's willingness to address Crucial Economic living standard issues
-Paths to multinational employees consumer parity worldwide
-Paths to western stds for those currently outside the workforce. Need for minimum humanitarian assistance now.
-Whether to distribute surplus goods or impose quotas on consuming population
-Willingness to reinvent current multinational production consumer model towards local duplication


Perform statistical inventory of occupied residences, businesses, towns, nations worldwide to determine # of ghost towns and how much mothballing-deconstruction work is required of remaining population.


Determine whether Offworld or SIM alternatives exist to conventional Earth solutions


This project must be completed to assure scientific implementation of worldwide solutions.


ARGUMENTS

1. I don't think we should even try to implement a solution if it is untenable. For instance, I don't think we should try if even 5% of the population requires involuntary Restriction/Jail.



2. CHRIST will not participate in VIOLENT Solutions to bring in World Peace. I would consider quarantining rogue nations, peoples; buying them off, resettlement.

3. I'm not interested in putting 20% of my time for 1000 years in DeConstruction projects. I would consider SIM pristining, if available first.

4. I think affected Public has a right to full disclosure of ALL project information from day one, including top secret info discussed.


5. Rushed implementations, More Construction, New Legislation are not the way to go until we have our ducks in a row and jointly decide where we are going. Plus you seem to be in no rush. First gather information globally, then decide where we are going.
