Quoting: DUCM900 Yes, 7 minutes are missing. Video on this thread - 3 minutes long. Original video - 10 minutes long. Sol Dominvs Imperi Romani Imperium Romanum Sacrum In Varietate Concordia |

User ID: 23389405 Italy 09/08/2012 04:35 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've just wrote (edited post): ...He's trying to stand-up several times but nothing, and in the video posted in this thread, he's not acting like that.. Quoting: DUCM900 re-read plz The guy that is still on the left side of the screen and tries to get up but can't at minute 8:00 is the second guy that fell there. Not the one that ran away. There are 2 guys on the left side of the screen. Again, I know that in the video that I've posted the guy on the left tries to get up several times but can't from minute 8:00 BUT not in the video on this thread, WHY? Also why in the longest video I've posted, there is not included the part when the guy was able to get up and walk? That's an incredible sequence and sound strange that it was removed from the video. Because the video on this thread is only 3 minutes long! It was edited. Cut short. It doesn't even show that guy surviving the second electrocution. that's because the point of the video is to show a bunch of dead dumbasses. |

Quoting: DUCM900 From the video it say 10,000 Volt, but you know, Amps are the real issue in that case. one 10,000 volt power line services entire neighborhoods. and you figure 30 amps per houshold, 100 amps per business, thousands of amps to factory... then a 10,000 volt power line must have thousands of amps available in it. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 23406449 United States 09/08/2012 05:47 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | electricity still interacts strangely with the human body in ways that still are not understood. (a bolt of lightning is 10 million volts and 1000 amps, and people get up and walk away after being struck) all i know for certain is that it only takes 5 milli-amps passing through your heart to stop it from beating. (so, the circuit has to be something like: from one hand to the other hand) (but, then again, the human body's electrical resistance to such events can vary from 100 ohms to 500,000 ohms. |

The translated Chinese article POSTED IN THIS THREAD BY ME is difficult to understand but from what I can gather only one of the four survived - the smallest guy who hung on roasting the longest and got shocked multiple times. The "superman". |

Quoting: The " HAMMER " Thor but the bonus to me is that im still here smoking drugs , getting drunk , making babies , not giving a shit whilst they are fried , over , finito , probably all in holes in the ground now whilst my life carries on being able to do what ever i want ...... ...Sure hope you WANT to paint the building cause the painters can't make it. ...go ahead and pick up where they left off. Could you even climb that scaffolding ? (bamboo looks like) |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 23450265 Germany 09/09/2012 07:30 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | as to why the shock was not super lethal : as the metal body hit the upper lines it formed an electrical circuit to the ground with the main electron flow area occuring in the pipes directly to the ground. any human touching that metal shit from now forms a parallel circuit to the main circuit which is pumping thousands of amps to the ground. the resistance of the human outer layer is pretty high and the resistance of the metal body is very low - so in accordance to the laws of parralel circuits the amp drops exponentially to every ohm more applied in the human body. the workers mabye got 10kV 500mA or even less. but it seems to be enough. and man are they dumb, you gotta be super dumb to walk around power lines with such a thing. REALLY dumb - like you spent your entire youth never in any school.... |
