Anything in 8 mag. range and 40km and up has potential “One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.” – Carl Sagan |

Cancelled for Japan @ 00.20JST.! Whoa! That's Scary! I sure hope not...people on the west coast are prepared for something like this...I dont think they would not react fast enough to save themselves even if we had a warning alert go out! does anyone know how the alert system goes down on the west coast? Educate yourself! The more you know the better of a chance you have to survive a world as crazy as ours. Knowledge is Power! . |

Cancelled for Japan @ 00.20JST.! It look alike that the Tsunami Alert is cancelled for Nippon! Quoting: the mighty Atom Domo God of the angry Water! State seismologists downgraded Friday the earthquake that hit some areas in Visayas and Mindanao from 7.9 to 7.7, but tsunami warning remains in effect as of this posting. Television and radio reports said seven houses in Cagayan de Oro were damaged following the earthquake. One was reported dead, while another was injured. Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Vicente Emano said flashfloods and landslide triggered by the quake occurred in the city. The tsunami alert, however, was lifted in the city. In Northern Samar, Governor Paul Daza said cracked roads were reported in Catarman, the province’s capital, as well as in other areas. He said they are still doing emergency evacuation due to the tsunami warning. [link to www.sunstar.com.ph] :nose23l36: SCOTLAND FOREVER America is the Grand Experiment..Let us not Fail..
