[link to www.wafb.com] Quoting: The Chosen One Biggest effect is how it could effect I-55 north of the Louisiana/Miss border. Even if the dam goes completely, it won't be a "record" flood for this area. that was in 1900. Mostly sparsely populated bottom lands. It drains in to a large wildlife area that runs all the way to the Gulf.
