Farmer Wins Stressful 3-Year State Legal Battle -- Raw Dairy Sales Upheld..(Pin Worthy)
Heather Callaghan
Activist Post

Armand and Teddi Bechard were following Missouri's raw milk laws when undercover agents from the Springfield-Greene County Health Department bought milk from the Bechard's central delivery location. The agents made undercover purchases twice in 2009 at a health food store parking lot and the Bechards have finally found relief in the battle to continue providing fresh milk to their customers.

During the sting operations, Armand heard from a health department worker:

This is your warning call...my boss doesn't like raw milk in the city of Springfield. And so if you continue to deliver it, you're gonna get a summons.

The video below shows the authorities' dizzying interpretations and stretched definitions of property, sales, and more. The summons attempted a permanent injunction against the Bechards and their posterity. The harassment and amount of action over legal semantics was incredible.

According to Missouri statute, unlicensed farmers can sell and deliver raw dairy, but it was the Missouri State Milk Board that filed a lawsuit to force the Bechards to deliver each sale to the customer's house and prohibit the central distributing location.

On top of the Milk Board action, Greene County D.A. filed suit against Mr. Bechard, accusing him of selling raw dairy outside of his farmland. An appeal acquitted him of the charge early last year.

It's time to stop the fucking libtards from running our lives. They have no business telling us what we can and can not put in our bodies. If I want to drink raw milk with eggs straight from the nest box, that is my business. The more self suficient we are, the better chance we have of surviving the crash Barry is bringing down on us. When he is done destroying the economy, we will need to survive on our own for at least a year, more likely 2 or 3. Not many of us can store supplies for that long. It just makes sense to make a sustainable life, for you and your community.

I have a literal delivery route for raw milk on my way home from work after pickup at the Amish. I've had one cavity in my life... and that was probably when mom and dad got processed milk. Once they pasteurize and homogenize it they destroy the enzymes which are the vehicle to help nutrients to the cells and bones!

Pasteurization, homogenizing, and nuking milk to Federal Standards is EXPENSIVE. The FDA Changes have forced the closure of at least two small town dairies, that I know of, since the early 90's.

We have multiple cows. Right now it's easier to get it from the Amish.

Everyone should make an effort to support a local dairy for the benefit of your health. If that means buying shares in a cow or paying someone to do it... set up a delivery route, buy an refrigerator, learn how to iodine teets, clean up for sanitation, pumping milk equipment options, etc etc.

Your bones and teeth will thank you for it! Then get some sunshine to enhance the calcification of your teeth!

And you Pineal freaks... think mine is doing just fine. Don't know any zombies on raw milk! Enzymes insure the calcium is beneficially absorbed!

I have a question for Raw milk experts. So I'm a big believer in eating organic and grass feed beef ONLY.

Are these Raw Milk Farmers raising these cows on organic, grass fed diets or they feed them commercial feed and Monsanto corn and used regular antibiotics.

I would be interested in Raw Milk as long as I knew it was grass fed, non antibiotics cows

Our cows are pasture natural grass fed as are the Amish cows to my understanding.

You get out what you input. Raw milk about 80-100 years ago sickened people only due to the fact alcohol distilling production byproducts were being fed to cows that produced bad milk. Natural grass pasture has great results!
