I also can't get the drain plug out to snake it. Any suggestions? Quoting: Catnip Go to a good Menards or Home Depot. Usually they have a "major" one for every county that acts as a distribution store. They usually carry these heavy duty drain cleaners that are sealed in plastic bags and labelled poison. They contain sulfuric acid and other dangerous chemicals and they're almost double the price of Draino Max. Get a small bottle, they recommend just using a cap full of the fluid to unclog your drain because it is so strong. You also have to make sure that the room is well ventilated, less you want to inhale poisonous fumes. Yeah that shit is dangerous. I would pour a few kettles of boiling water down there and see it that does the trick first. |
