Been noticing that there has been limited amounts of organic romaine in the WF market. Mainly bringing in local (which is good and they are smaller...perhaps not so good).

Knew something was up - now I know what.

Good thing i made the switch from Romaine Lettuce too Kale a couple months ago.

I know man! I finally started my own garden this year and sanitize before I pick either my food or my ass!

It doesn't matter where it's grown. If there are dirty Mexicans picking it, the food is contaminated.

uv wand is a good idea. i have also read that vinegar can kill a lot of bacteria, viruses, ete. i use it mixed 3/1 solution with water to clean fruits, and veggies. better than nothing if you can't afford the uv wand.

You can wash it all you want. Year after year studies show that washed vegetables are just as filthy and shit laden as unwashed vegetables. The answer is not having your vegetables touched by dirty Mexicans. Or boil them before you eat them.

The farmers could control a lot of ecoli if they would just spray the liquid cow poop soup fertilizer on the fricken leaves and just apply it to the soil line.
Lazy assed nasty farmers don't care a long as applying fertilizer is quick and cheap. Ground level application takes longer and is more expensive.
