er.... OP used the word correctly. "Dominate" is a verb, "Dominant" is an adjective.

Not sure it does say it on the actual bill, but according to Wiki, this is the title (or allegorical motif) of the $5 Educational Note of the 1896 Educational Series.

I saw this yesterday. The guy's goal to raise the money for the Tesla Museum was $850,000.

TWO DAYS after he started the fundraising he had over $500,000 raised! Its already climbing past $750,000 and it hasn't even been a week.
