ALERT! Second SUN!! Very clear vid from Aug 13 2012 | |

My camera will do the same thing, and it will always put the extra spot of light in the same place in relation to the sun, and that is aside from the moving redspot-lense flare. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1286653 Puerto Rico 08/14/2012 08:24 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I also caught a photo of it once, two suns side by side, last summer. It was a really cloudy sunset and there always seemed to be these weird, milky clouds full of orbs (lots of photos of those, too) and things coming in from the coast a lot in afternoon. A lot of the cloud cover post Fukushima was so weird looking, almost fake and cartoonish even, was Twilight Zone time. Well, one day, taking photos of the sun as it got low on the horizon in the clouds, I got a glimpse of a second sun right next to it, sort of close, and it was peeking through the clouds, it seemed. Either that, or it was a light ship or something, I even considered the possibility that our sunsets were being simulated by various objects taking turns, and the moon was totally weird, too. Well, here's the pic, anyway... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 21201441 IMAGE ( [link to i48.tinypic.com] ) Same shot cropped and using invert process: IMAGE ( [link to i49.tinypic.com] ) And another, if it's a flare, sure looked cool, anyway. IMAGE ( [link to i45.tinypic.com] ) I don't claim to know for sure that these are not some type of camera flare, but I will say that I took hundreds of photos around that time and I deleted hundreds that did have flares in them and only saved the ones I thought were interesting, or not sure if they were a flare or light artifact. I have no problem with someone calling them a lens flare, but to me it's an example of just how deceiving they can be, if they are indeed nothing "real". Love the color in the first one! looks like planets around that object in the 3rd pick----as far as op's video i saw a bird fly infront of the object and it was very clear, shit looks real to me |

Note that you don't actually need welder's glass to make this happen. Any flat optical surface in front of the camera will do. If it were real, people everywhere would be seeing it, amateur astronomers especially. [link to www.youtube.com] :) |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 4740363 United States 08/14/2012 08:54 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Not a lens flare. Quoting: get_over_it Too clear to be a Sundog. Watch the whole video and you will see the guy panning around his yard, so nothing is on the lens, and he is not shooting from inside through glass. WARNING - some of the language in the video is profane, if that bothers you use mute - the video is self-explanatory and the narration is not necessary. [link to www.youtube.com] Peace and good luck. Be prepared! . What's interesting the same object was seen over Niemeyer station and was reported on fox news |

Unless proven otherwise, I'm calling it a fake. Possibly... or not. I'm waiting for empirical proof.. either way. Quoting: balthuuu If you watch the whole video you can see this guy rotated the camera around quite a bit - this is not a lens flare as so many on here have pointed out. Can anyone explain this? or is it too early for GLP'rs : P Quoting: ghost_Safari 10051080 The explanation is simple however no one wants to hear or face the facts. If you say you see it siniXster, then I belive it, I know you can be trusted. I had been watching a planet/dwarf/whatever with a number of moons for over a year now that clear the treeline to my E/SE for over a year now. The moons made a cross in the sky and my wife and neighbor watched it with me many times. This arrangement appears in a completely different area of the shy than Jupiter which we also observe while it is visible. You would cry if you heard how many people I talked to about it here in NJ that replied, "Well I never look up!" Seriously, they never look up I guess it is hard to elevate your neck in an upward direction when your head is lodged firmly up your ass. They are signs and most do not see. There is a reason: Many will be called, but few will be chosen! I would say, use your time wisely, but I already know you will. Peace. Thank you for the back up Brother and thank you for the trust, my son was the first to see it, woke me at 4am on a work day last week so it better have been good, lol. As far as spending my time goes, we've taken a step back from media and have been prepping and just being together everyday. Preps are just about done save for a few odds and ends, can never spend too much time with friends and family tho. Either way, spiritually and physically, I and my family are ready to face what is happening, whether it be this, the methane, corexit, pandemic or anything else that may get thrown at us in the next few months. Much love and peace to you my friend. Hey Fellow Michigander....I'm about 25 miles south of the bridge. Been too cloudy the last few nights to see anything. Looks like a clear night tonight, will try to check it out. Look to the northeast at around 3:30 am, correct? I have a good camera, GPS stamp also...so when I get a shot of this I'll post it. Peace! Quoting: Oyster but if that is Nibiru then what happen to all the 'verified' reports that it is approaching from the south pole? Good question. I believe at certain times of the year it has been easier to see from the South Pole. However as it gets closer, there will be more viewing opportunities. Another poster said it better than I can: "Secondly, for those who say "if there was a second sun we should all see it by now" - you clearly don't understand anything about astronomy, physics, and in particular the nature of elliptical orbits in connection with the earth's own revolution around the sun. Just like our common stars/ solar planets aren't visible all day in the same location, an incoming object could very well only be visible at specific hours in certain locations at varying angles, with a periodicity very different than those of our solar planets." And then another poster said it better than that poster: [link to www.godlikeproductions.com] You can't be both "by" or "behind" the sun and then simultaneously be visible "exclusively from the southern hemisphere." In fact, there's no reason at all why it would only be visible to the south pole, ever. The entire southern celestial sphere can be seen from anywhere in the southern hemisphere. But if it's near the sun, then it's visible in both hemispheres, and is not at all exclusive to the southern hemisphere. In any case, the way in which the poster you quoted tried to describe its motion is pure nonsense. Last Edited by Astromut on 08/15/2012 10:40 AM |

IF Nibiru is as big as many say it is...Could/would it not destroy any planet it came close too?... It would completely disrupt the orbits of the planets. Our solar system would not be an orderly place with the planets all orbiting on about the same plane with relatively low eccentricities. In fact it would be quite chaotic. I'll be making a thread about that shortly. Chaos would not bode well for the development of civilization; it's bad enough that we have to deal with the occasional near earth object hitting our planet, it'd be far worse with the asteroid belt disrupted and large asteroids flying any which way. Even the planets themselves would occasionally switch their order from the sun. Earth's increasing eccentricity would result in wild seasonal temperature variations as our seasons would no longer be driven exclusively by our angular tilt, but also by our drastically changing distance from the sun each year. |
