BIG Friggin West Coast Quake This Week

The P 103 wave from the M 6.3 XINJIANG-XIZANG BORDER REGION Sunday, August 12, 2012 at 10:47:06 UTC crosses through Southern CA between LAT 33/34 LONG -117/-120. I also noticed record breaking high water level and an extreme water level spike at Rio Hondo BL Whittier Narrows Dam. Additionally, the water level spiking continues at Santa Margarita R NR Temecula CA. For these reasons I am posting an earthquake forecast for the following:
