Distracting us from something... but who cares.

How about going outside and check out the real world; away from TV, social media, COMPUTERS, technology, etc., and just believe what you perceive for YOURSELF, not what someone on some forum on a website writes about how he/she received info on some new DOOM from a website that you probably have no idea who owns or even is allowed to post "News Articles" on...

Just find a hobby and enjoy life. I've been on here lurkin' for literally years, and everything, as in Topics and what's Pinned, it's all ... well, "seasonal" as in the same old song and dance. The same types of D00M topics and whatnot are all the same during certain times of the year.

But, my point is NOTHING TOO MAJOR WILL AFFECT US WITHIN OUR LIFETIME NOR OUR CHILDREN'S LIFETIME THAT WILL CAUSE US ANY HARM OR FOUL. TECHNOLOGY IS HERE TO DISTRACT US, AND IT IS DOING A GREAT JOB AT DOING SO.
